Hunter's Corridor
2010
oil on canvas
40"x60"
The corridor in this painting is Archduke Ferdinand's trophy hall, set in an indeterminate future. The hall has been transformed by nature into a wildlife corridor, an important concept whereby plants and animals migrate via contiguous landscapes to seek better living conditions. Environmentalists are now building overpasses and underpasses to allow animals to cross our deadly highways, kudos!!
